Good food is something that could water any mouth. And talking of the Indian food, where spices stand on their full amplitude, it simply gets hard for anybody to go on a diet or check calories. Now may it be the rich Mughalai cuisine or the Hyderabadi Biryani or the very famous 'Makki di roti te Sarson da saag' from Punjab..., we can never escape from its eternal influence. Gujarati Dhokla-Khaakhra-Thepla-Bhajjiya-Gaanthiya... are only a few names out of the sea of the delicious world, which could give anyone a reason to visit the place. And how could someone forget the never-ending influence of the confectionery corner..! It even gets difficult to write just the names of the yummy sweets; now that is their effect! 'Jalebi', just remembering the name is enough to be invited to the sweet-shop May that be Kaju-katli or the Bengali Roshogulla, or the Motichoor ke laddu, the invitation lies in the name itself every time.
Names are endless, and for how long could I go on adding them here..! All I can say is that the virtue of the great India doesn't take a break even when it comes to the specialty of the kitchen. It gives me a reason to say, that..
Now that's India.
Love you, India...!!
I have every reason to love you.
Enjoying the good food in an air-conditioned restaurant is an all-time favorite refreshment idea of a commoner in India. See it's impact, you just enter another world of delight, where you get to rediscover you. Yes.. an experience worth being added in the diary.
It is said that the quality of the food is determined to a great extent by the hands indulged in the making of the same. Many a times, when I am reading some content on the delicious food-stuff, I can't simply refrain myself from the thoughts of a particular kind, like, the world is full of all entirely different kinds of delicious food-items. But it's still sweatening for the hands indulged in the making of the same, to earn a "Plain Bread" to make a living.
Now that's India.
Love you, India..!!
I have every reason to love you.

By now, whoever read the post, and discussed on it with me, either here, or personally , was apparently misinterpreting the thought I put into it So, trying here to express in simpler words, what I wanted to arrive at.
" but it's still sweatening for the hands indulged in the making of the same , to earn a 'Plain Bread' to make a living.", with these words, I just wanted to say, that despite doing such a lot of hard work, the poor people who making relishing food for the rich, can't get even a simple good food, forget of the nutrients, and refreshment. Sarcastically, I tried to say that my country is 'that much' kind to the poor.
It was a note drenched in pain for the deprived , and not with the motive of rejuvenating the taste buds of my dear friends. Some of you even confused it with the 'unhygienic' ways of preparing the food. That could be a good topic to be discussed upon some other time, but am not trying to pinpoint on that issue right now here.
I think, with these words, my worthy readers would get to interpret it in the way desired.
Bliss.
