At times, It really gets hard to believe, that I was a kid at any point of time..!! But my Childhood memories..... How not to follow them..!!
I remember, when in Pre-Nursery, All We little kids used to sit around a semi-circular table, on our colorful chairs. It used to be a matter of great delight to sit on those very bright and vibrant colored chairs for all of us.
Our Teacher used to order us, "You are not supposed to keep ANYTHING on the table". And most of the kids would abide by this rule set by her.
We would be reciting silly poems, perform on them in silly ways, I can't control my laughter whenever I recall our those movements. What a fun..!!!
Our Seniors, whenever they could locate us, would not leave our soft cheeks, without leaving the impressions of their fingers; they would not leave us without pinching on our cheeks. It used to be their expression of likeness for the Little People.. No Wonder, We would also get upset if they would not do so... How Sweet..!!!
One day, I remember, I was given a Lunch-box by My Mother, which was rather difficult to be locked by a child. So, when I was done with my meal, I tried several times to lock it back, but it could not be. Eventually, I just got bored of trying again and again, and put it on the table.
In the mean-time, the Lunch-break was over. The teacher came back into the class.
She took no time in finding something placed on the table , and in the twinkling of an eye, approached close to me, and slapped the boy, Gaurav Mehta, sitting next to me. She just turned back then.
There She turns, and here I pick my Lunch-box and put it in my bag.
Whenever I remember this incidence, I want to ask a few things........
1.) To ALL...
Never underestimate the Tiny Tots.
They are more clever than you think about them. ( Haha.. )
2.) To my Teacher...
Why, Ma'am, WHY..????
How could you be so cruel ??? ( Uff... )
3.) To Gaurav Mehta...
Hey..!!!
You did not know, why you got slapped, but I knew well.
That was for me actually.
Would you pardon me for that, If you come to know this someday ???
.....
Regards,
Timsy Mehta.
